BeTheChurch Ministry is an outreach ministry dedicated to leaving the pews on Sunday and being a church with action the rest of the week. We believe the body of Christ is a family put together by God Himself. We train and equip in evangelism and discipleship and teach the Holy Scriptures as the foundation of our ministry.
Going Beyond The Pews to "BeTheChurch"
BeTheChurch wants to see a reformation back to biblical Christianity. We are chosen people by God to become a family to be used for His purposes. We desire to see the church of Acts Chapter 2 actively in the lives. We are people given to prayer, the word, worship, and one another, together spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Food & Hygiene Products for our houseless friends
Matthew 25:35-36 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
Street Preaching
We love hitting the streets to tell people the good news of Jesus Christ. We pass out bibles, gospel tracks, and other helpful books. We are a light in the darkness through prayer and comfort, ministering Jesus's hope of salvation to all mankind.
COLLEGE CAMPUS MINISTRY
We are enriched by the young people in our country. They are searching for truth and we believe Jesus is the way, truth and life for all of life’s toughest questions. We can often be found at Akron University and other surrounding campuses.
