Satan's plan has always been to pollute the plans of God. In (Genesis 6:2) we conclude that Satan coerced his minions to produce children with the daughters of men. Their rebellion of going after strange flesh (Jude 1:7) caused pollution to the entire human race except Noah and His family. Satan was hoping to destroy the line of the Messiah by implementing this devious plan.
God destroyed the entire earth by a flood, but preserved Noah and his family through the ark. Satan came up with another devious plan and that was to use the sinful nature we are all born with against us. Satan couldn't keep the Messiah from coming to humanity, so he is doing everything he can to keep humanity from coming to Christ.
Satan is polluting the hearts and minds of humanity by using the world system by which he has been given limited authority over. (2 Corinthians 4:4; 1 John 5:19) Let's look at the different ways Satan is using the world system to pollute the hearts and minds of humanity.
The Airways - Satan uses TV, radio, and social media to promote his agenda. Satan has polluted these by coming into our homes, minds, hearts and hands on a continual basis. Smart phones have given him the ability to pollute us on a continual basis as we hold them in our hands all day long. He puts images across our screens to lure us into lustful thoughts. He taints the truth by putting flashy articles in our sight to distort the truth of Gods words to humanity. He keeps us dizzy with entertainment and have become distracted easily causing us to worship the creation instead of the creator.
The Educational System - Our educational system is designed to replace the teachings of the parents from inside the home. Satan has taken the teachings of God out of our schools and replaced the teachings with false theories thus giving no hope for humanity. Evolution says we have no purpose but to die, and Human life has no value and there is no eternity or creator to be accountable to. Mankind lives in any manner that makes them happy no matter the consequence to themselves, others or a Creator. Satan is bringing in every evil doctrine that goes against the very nature of mankind from gender confusion to sexual indoctrination at ages that young brains cannot comprehend. Satan is revising history through textbooks, ensuring that history will repeat itself. The educational system is designed to make robots out of humans so that they no longer use logic or critical thinking causing us to follow more easily after the government or those in authority without question.
The Religious System - Satan has infiltrated the Christian church with false teachings. Since the church has become so apathetic in learning the word of God for herself these teachings are able to bring in all sorts of destructive heresies leading many astray. (2 Peter 2:1, Ephesians 4:4) We have a generation or two of men who are considered Elders that do not know how to rightly divide the word of truth teaching entire congregations the same errors. Satan has enticed the church with the same pollutions as the world, money, lust, pride, success, power and more. We have become lukewarm and complacent to the Great Commission. Satan has brought in eastern new age practices disguised as moves from God allowing demonic strongholds to take captive in the people of God. We now want entertained by the church in the same manner we have become accustomed to by the Airways. Men's traditions and religious systems have taken hold in the modern-day church. And because of this, we have set our faith for salvation in these systems rather in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
The Social System - Satan knows the foundation of any healthy society is the family unit. He has declared war on Marriage, Family, Children and Gender identity. First, he broke down the family unit by convincing us that divorce is not only an easy option but "do what makes you happy" philosophy. Women are forced to go into the workplace especially as materialism took hold in the American Dream. This has created generations of children being raised in daycares and by the public school system. Men are being emasculated by the philosophy that their natural masculinity is oppressive and barbaric. Women are made to feel like staying at home rearing children and loving their husbands is chauvinistic and not fulfilling. We have lost the beauty and uniqueness in male and female roles. Satan has polluted our social system to believe that God did not create male and female in His image with a purpose of Marriage and raising up children to worship and serve Him.
The Governmental System - Satan has brought his agenda of power, control and corruption into the governing authorities placed over us. They are drunk with power over the people who voted them in. They are stripping away at our freedom's day by day. Ungodly corruption has infiltrated the system. Satan is using this system to further his agenda of oppression and eventually to take God out of every fabric of society so only he is worshipped.
Satan has used these systems to keep humanity from realizing their great need of a Savior. Humanity is blindly following these polluted systems to their graves. Satan is the liar and deceiver from the beginning. He first got Eve to question God's words to her and Adam. He now is polluting God's word to the rest of humanity.
Did God Really Say? Repent for the Kingdom of God is at Hand. (Matthew 3:2) You can only come to the Father in heaven through the Son Jesus Christ. (John 14:6) Grace alone by faith alone in Christ alone for salvation. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Be Holy for God is Holy. (1 Peter 1:16)
What about Christians? Have we become polluted by these systems? Statistics would say yes! When our divorce rate is as high in the church as in the world, yes! When pornography has taken hold of the people inside the church almost as much as outside the church, yes! When we are taking as much medication for depression and anxiety as the world is, yes! When we live, look, and act just like the world, yes! When we need entertained inside our worship gathering or else, we get bored, yes! When we show up for two hours on Sunday, but there's no other evidence the rest of the week of our salvation, yes! When we lie, cheat and steal, yes! When we adopt that sexual sin is ok as long as you love one another, yes! When we live for ourselves and not for others, yes! When following Christ has cost us nothing, yes!
Satan's agenda of pollution has worked in many areas. However, we are washed by the blood of Jesus Christ! It is time for the church of God to rise up out of her slumber and start being a part of the cleanup effort. He who lives in us is greater than he who lives in the world! Let's go BE THE CHURCH!
